Sorry, 007 fans; you won't be seeing Daniel Craig on the big screen playing James Bond again for quite some time. Or anyone else, for that matter.
Celebuzz is reporting that financially struggling studio MGM has
officially canceled the next Bond movie, which had the working title James Bond 23. The film was set to star Craig as the super-suave agent, under the direction of Road to Perdition helmsman Sam Mendes, with a script by Frost/Nixon writer Peter Morgan.
It is not known when, or if, production on the film will resume.
