Xbox 360 Dashboard Update Coming Soon

Microsoft has confirmed that the latest update to the Xbox 360 dashboard, announced at E3 earlier this year, will go live on December 6, TeamXbox reports.


The updated dash features a user interface designed to resemble the "Metro" layout used in Windows Phone 7 and the upcoming Windows 8. You can also expect to see Kinect functionality more deeply integrated into the core interface and new features like voice-activated Bing Search. The dash is currently being tested in a beta.
